Wellness, yoga, relax, Ayurvedic massage and... a training course for Yoga teachers - 1st level (structured in 4 appointments, one per year of 14 days 140 hours. 1st - 2nd - 3rd – 4th level with thesis and … C.U.I.D.Y. certificate) and Ayurveda and Ayurvedic massage basic courses (structured in 7 days basic level and other 7 days of specializations).

Summer holidays are a break, a moment of pause, a breathing space, an occasion for recharging.
Someone goes to the noisy chaos of holiday villages looking for fun and company, in groups. Someone else goes climbing or walks solitary lands searching absolute silences. Then, someone only wants to rest and relax; someone tries new experiences and extreme sports and feels bored if has to stop just for a minute.
And everybody finds what he’s looking for, recharging the batteries to get ready for a year of hard and stressful work.
And then...there is who wants to have a useful and constructive holiday for himself and for the others, a relaxing and amusing holiday, the one that we offer.
A different holiday...using the summer break for a program of Yoga, Nature, Seaside...and wellness...
And to learn breathing correctly, to relax, to improve our body and mind...with ancient practices coming from the deep science of Yoga and Ayurveda.
And the location???
A place that has both introspective silence and amusement, an ISLAND!!!
The most beautiful and charming one: SARDINIA.

ORVILE near by a very mervillious beach od white sands on the enchanting sea. Orvile Residence, a farm holidays near the Posada Castle, and the famous Costa Smeralda, on the east coast.

A wonderful holiday...because who wants to, can use the summer break for a basic course of Ayurvedic massage, or...to obtain the first level of Yoga teachers in 14 days.
A master of 4 levels (for 4 years, during summers) and the group will decide the best periods for the next meetings.
It’s a Training Course for Yoga teachers, certified by the International Yoga Confederation of Delhi, India, by C.U.I.D.Y. Official Italian Confederation of Yoga, The World Community of Indian Culture & Traditional Disciplines.
Or a different holiday for who is not interested in getting the Master but wants to deepen Yoga knowledge and at the same time enjoy the clear seaside, the sun, ...
In fact, there are 4 programmes with different hours for an instructive and pleasant path at the same time...
THE FOUR PROGRAMS:
1ST – YOGA AND WELLNESS HOLIDAY
(With sweet practices of energetic recharge)
Who only wants to deepen Yoga knowledge (beginners and advanced people) can participate to morning or afternoon lessons (attendance is optional) and have the rest of the day to enjoy the seaside and sun. The cost is: 290 euros.
2ND - YOGA-AYURVEDA HOLIDAY
(With intensive practices of energetic recharge)
The cost is: 490 euros.
3RD - AYURVEDIC MASSAGE – BASIC COURSE
(Ayurvedic medicine theory and manual practice)
The cost is: 490 euros.
4TH –INTERNATIONAL COURSE FOR YOGA TEACHERS (1st level)
(Certified by C.U.I.D.Y. Italian Official Confederation of Yoga and I.Y.C. International Yoga Confederation of Delhi, India – divided in 4 meetings of 14 days per year – total: 600 hours)
The cost is: 980 euros.
ATTENTION:
This course (the 4 ° one) has the double advantage to fulfil the commitment of a whole year of training.
But not only, more than a holiday useful and fruitful, the frequency in this course will be an opportunity to enter directly into the second yeartraining course in Milan… or to continue with the residential training course in the full immersion in Sardinia or in other splendid places that we will select in according to the group subscribed.

Yogâcarini Pandit Gayatri Devi (Emy Blesio)

is the President of I.Y.C. International Yog Confederation, of C.U.I.D.Y. Confederazione Ufficiale Italiana Di Yoga, of The World Community of Indian Culture & Traditional Disciplines and of Suryanagara Center of Yoga, Oriental Arts, Culture & Disciplines. She is also founder and art Director of the great "Festival of India: the West meets the East” at Assago Forum, Milano.
Teacher and trainer of Yoga teachers, she is expert of Mythology, Philosophy, Indian Culture and Pranayama. In more than 40 years of research in the field of Yoga, she encoded inedited SuryaNamaskar sequences, security techniques Varutha Kriya and Kendra Laya. She created a path of Lila-Yoga (yoga-game) and uses it since 20 years with children from 4 to 12 and from 13 to 18 years old. She holds courses, workshops and conferences in Italy and abroad.

Swami Suryananda Saraswati (Amadio Bianchi)

is President of World Movement for Yoga, International Yoga and Ayurveda School C.Y. Surya, Milan, Italy, Vice president of European Yoga Federation, General Coordinator of World Movement for Ayurveda, General Coordinator and Ambassador of European Ayurveda Association, Ambassador of The World Community of Indian Culture and Traditional Disciplines, Founder Member of World M.I.F.A. World Movement for Indian Fine Arts. 
Teacher of Yoga, Ayurveda, Hindu culture and philosophy, He holds courses and conferences in many places, he is often present in the main congresses as speaker.  He went in contact with the oriental thought by publishing two philosophy pamphlets: “L’evoluzione” and “I simboli” that allowed him to discover the oriental culture.   The Master collaborates with reviews, newspapers, editors, private televisions and internet websites as a consultant, as guest, as author of texts and with some heading.

Giusy Ledda (Responsible of the seat in Cagliari)

Expert on oriental manipulation techniques, obtained the diploma of shiatsu at the Shiatzu-Do academy of Cagliari, she is a specialist in pregnancy and post-pregnancy and she also obtained the diploma of Ayurvedic Indian Massage and of Special Ayurvedic manipulation techniques at the international Yoga and Ayurveda School CY Surya of Milano. At this school she also attends the international training course for ayurvedic therapist. She attended a course on Chinese traditional medicine at the Italian School of Naturopathy in Cagliari.

The cost of the residence-farm holiday Orvile agriorvile@tiscali.it is
55.00 euros per person-per day-half board local cuisine;
50.00 euros per person-per day-half board vegetarian cuisine;
45.00 euros per person-per day-half board vegan cuisine;
Rooms of 2 or 4 beds. The price is the same even if you stay only one week.

PAYMENTS:
50% OF TOTAL PRICE BY THE 10TH OF JUNE
Possibility of booking revocation by the 15th of June, after this date and before the 20th of June you will have to pay only the travel and stay. After the 25th of June you will have to pay the entire participation cost.

Suggestions: It is advisable to book as soon as the plane or ferry ticket to Olbia (for those who wanted to bring the car) to avoid increases in costs last minute.
